Mike is the Chief Technical Officer at Connolly’s RED MILLS and a member of the Senior Management Team.  He oversees product formulations, technical support, research and innovation, regulatory affairs, quality management and commercial relationships across all parts of the group.  He is also involved in developing and executing the business strategy and optimising group performance.  With over 35 years of experience in the global feed industry, he has lived and worked in the UK, Australia and Central America, and has travelled extensively throughout the world, pursuing animal performance advances and the deployment of animal health and nutrition technology.

Mike is a member of the Feed Committee of the Irish Grain & Feed Association and a member of the British Equestrian Trade Association NOPS Sub-Committee.
