Martin has worked in the agribusiness sector at Connolly’s RED MILLS for over 26 years. His main roles have been in seed production and retail management at Connolly’s RED MILLS, along with the management of the harvest process. In the
role of Seed Plant Manager, Martin manages production planning, quality control,and process optimisation to ensure efficient and high-quality seed output. Martin also oversees the harvest process and the daily operations of the Connolly’s RED MILLS agricultural retail store in Goresbridge, ensuring efficient inventory management and excellent customer service.
